Recruitment procedure

Of course you want to know everything about the application process so you know exactly what to expect before, during and after the job interview. You can read all about it here!

1. Online application

You can apply online via the vacancies in the search options. Are you interested in multiple roles or not sure what is best for you? Then you can submit an open application.

2. Pre-selection and invitation

Have you applied? Then we’ll let you know within 3 days if we’d like to invite you for a skype interview.

3. Interview

The interview is an important part of the application. This is when we get know each other better. You experience who we are and what we can do for you. And we get an impression of who you are and what you want. You’ll have a video chat one of our recruiters. Together, you discuss various topics. The content of the job, of course. The wishes of our client. Your knowledge and experience. And a very important aspect: your motivation. If you have questions about our organisation just ask. This is the time to find out.

And then a short wait. Within 3 days you will hear if we can offer you a job or internship!

4. Offer

Have you passed the interview with flying colours? Congratulations! You will receive an offer or a preliminary confirmation. If you have applied for a specific job and the client accepted it, you will receive an immediate offer. In the offer are all the details of your job or internship, such as the period of work, the hours, which type of accommodation you’ll have and the allowance for your travel expenses.

5. Ready to go

You accepted the offer? Then preparation for your new job starts now. Via your personal page on our website, you will have access to all the information you need before leaving.
