The life of a maintenance manager at this park:

In consultation with the campsite director, you lead the maintenance team and maintain close contact with several other departments on the campsite (reception, restaurant, kitchen, animation). Proposals to stimulate the growth of the campsite will be made by you and you support possible renovation projects at the campsite. You are able to manage your budget, your relations with external suppliers and you are strongly involved in the quality of providing service to the guests.

Landscaping projects, technical maintenance in accommodations and noticing other (technical) issues: this will not be a problem for you. You combine leadership skills with real, hands-on, dirt-under-your-fingernails work. In order to solve problems at the campsite and to improve the existing facilities you have a certain amount of knowledge of plumbing, electricity and masonry. 

The campsite is open from April until the end of October. Before the campsite opens, you will be busy with training and all necessary preparations for the season. Afterwards, you will also be responsible for all tasks regarding the closing of the season. 
This campsite is ideal for guests who want to combine their stay with a trip to Paris or a visit to Disneyland or Parc Astérix. Most guests stay here for a long weekend or some days extra before they continue travelling. Hospitality and the best service possible is of course the most important; for all guests!

What do I get as a maintenance manager at this park?

Salaris Salary: Indication €2200,- gross per month based on 35 working hours per week 
Accommodatie Accommodation: Accommodation on the campsite for the first year (mobile home)
Maaltijden Meals: Not included
Vrije dagen Days off: Minimum 1 day off per week
Training Training: Introduction program on site
En verder What else: 1 year contract with the intention of a permanent contract, travel allowance of max. €135,-, travel insurance

What kind of maintenance manager are we looking for?

Talen Languages: English and French (good knowledge of the French language is required)  
Persoonlijkheid Personality:: You work organised, you know how to guide and motivate a team and you, of all people, know how to cooperate and perfom daily tasks. You have both management and organisational skills, you switch easy between multiple tasks and you know how to set priorities.
Beschikbaarheid Availability:  Start in the beginning of January 2019 until the end of December 2019 (with the intention of a permanent contract)
Ervaring Experience: Preferably experience in this discipline and explicitly in maintenance concerning swimming pool(s) and holiday accommodations such as mobile homes
Opleiding Education:  Preferably technically educated
