What can you expect as a chef?
At this holiday park in the Champagne region, you as a passionate chef will be responsible for leading the three different divisions in the kitchen; snack, pizza and the à la carte restaurant. The restaurant has at least 80 seats. During a working day you use your experience and knowledge of HACCP to make sure the kitchen is checked and cleaned according to the cleaning schedule you have drawn up yourself. You are also responsible for purchasing and managing the stock. This holiday park also organises dinner parties, barbecues and other activities for both guests and external parties. As a chef, you manage a team of 6 seasonal employees.
The holiday park is open from April to the end of October. Before the park opens you will be involved with the training of new colleagues and other necessary preparations. As of November you will be busy with wrapping up the season. This holiday park is ideally situated for guests who want to combine their stay with a trip to Paris or a visit to Disneyland or Parc Astérix. Most guests stay for a long weekend or short week before they travel further down south. Hospitality is key at this holiday park; both for short stay and long stay guests.
What do you get as a chef at this park?
|Salary:||€2200 gross per month for 35 hours per week|

What kind of chef are we looking for?
|Languages:||Dutch, English and French (a good knowledge of the French language is required)|

|Availability:||As soon as possible until the end of December 2019 (with the prospect of permanent employment)|
|Experience:||Preferably 3-5 years of experience as a chef / sous chef|
|Education:||Preferably related to cooking / hospitality / tourism / leisure / catering|
