Hospitality manager for 5-star holiday park in beautiful Luxembourg
What can you expect as a hospitality manager?
As a hospitality manager at this Iris Parc campsite in the beautiful Müllerthal, Luxembourg, you are responsible for the kitchen, restaurant, bar, pizzeria and snack departments. You will create staff schedules and rosters, keep track of stocks, make cost calculations and orders, perform administrative tasks and of course cooperate with the team. Both the restaurant and the bar have someone in charge who will, together with the chef, report directly to you. You report directly to the holiday park director.
The holiday park is open from April to the end of September. Before the park opens you’ll be involved with the training of new colleagues and other necessary preparations. As of October you will be busy with wrapping up the season. This holiday park is situated on a hill and offers a beautiful view of the castle ruins of Larochette. The region is also called ‘Little Switzerland’: thanks to the rivers, narrow gorges and beautiful, steep sandstone cliffs in the mountain landscape. There’s enough to discover during a day off… Beautiful bike trails, waterfalls, ruins and much more!
What do you get as a hospitality manager at this park?
|Salary:||Between €2300,- and €2500,- gross per month for 40 hours per week|
|Accommodation:||A mobile home (private bedroom and bathroom)|
|Meals:||Included (during working hours)|
|Days off:||At least one day per week|
