What does your day look like?
Good morning! Goedemorgen! Bonjour! Buongiorno! Yes, those were the last four check-ins in the last hour! The park is completely full this weekend, as you saw in the reservation system this morning. The Browns family will stay three weeks, so they probably benefit from your good tips about the region and the very best local fish restaurant!
Now quickly print the entertainment program and the daily menu of the restaurant and put it up in the reception. Oh, and you promised the Jacksons family to send in the technical service for a broken air conditioner. That phone call has priority!
Multitasking, setting priorities and taking responsibility: this is reflected daily in your work as a reception employee. You are a source of information for the guest, both in the reception at the park and via telephone and e-mail. Book reservations, handle check-in and check-outs and assist the guest with advice and assistance. This is your job and you love it!
You also get the chance to improve your language skills and you have already made many new friends with whom you can toast after a successful working day!
What do we offer you?
|Salary:||The salary depends on the country, your age and the holiday park;
think of a minimum of € 800,- and a maximum of € 2,100,-
|Accommodation:||A tent / mobile home / apartment / room (depending on the employer)|
|Meals:||Depending on the employer, either included (if not: cooking facilities available)|
|Days off:||At least 1 day off per week to enjoy the surroundings!|
|Training:||An E-Learning which is easy to follow at home|
|What else:||Travel insurance from European Leisure Jobs, allowance for your travel expenses, a healthy summer tan, thanks in ten languages and friends for life; you will be back next year!|
Are we looking for you?
|Languages:||Besides English, you speak fluent French, German, Italian and/or Spanish 😉|
|Personality::||You know how to give your guests a warm welcome with a big smile, to respond effectively to the wishes and needs of the guest and you get the energy from answering questions and being able to offer the necessary solutions|
|Availability:||From 01/07 till 31/08 – longer is a possiblity too!|
|Experience:||Experience in the field of customer contact and services|
|Education:||An education in tourism / recreation is a bonus! 🙂|
